Immediate opening: we are hiring a single needle operator in Hardin County, Ohio. The job is on an export house sewing floor. On the job you will handle: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
