Flat roof installer • Mitchell County, Iowa

Join our team: we are hiring a flat roof installer in Mitchell County, Iowa. You will be based on re-roofing and repair jobs. On the job you will handle: • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses What we are looking for: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A good head for heights and steady balance • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
