AC and fridge repair technician wanted in Petersburg Borough

Immediate opening: we are hiring an AC and fridge repair technician in Petersburg Borough, Alaska. Requirements: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Valid driving licence for field call-outs Your main tasks: • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
