Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Brantley County, Georgia. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
