Prep cook — Hyde County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Hyde County, North Carolina. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
