We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Marion County, Texas. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. Requirements: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through You will carry out 6G pipe welds where required; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper.
