Join our team: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Pearl River County, Mississippi. You will work on a residential housebuilding project. You should have: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Day to day you will cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. We offer $6,250 per project plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
