Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Emmet County, Iowa. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
