Coating plant operator — Refugio County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Refugio County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
