Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Custer County, Montana. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Rotating shifts. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
