Kitchen steward — Allamakee County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Allamakee County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
