Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Avery County, North Carolina. The role involves tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope. Ideal candidate: • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
