Coating plant operator wanted in Custer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Custer County, Idaho. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
