Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Ballard County, Kentucky. The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
