Pastry baker — Lake County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Lake County, Montana. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
