Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Clark County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. Requirements: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Able to read formwork and structural drawings The role involves: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
