Ceiling and wall plasterer • Nuckolls County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a ceiling and wall plasterer in Nuckolls County, Nebraska. You will be based in an occupied house during renovation. On a typical shift you will apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline 4+ years on the tools preferred.
