Cold store insulation technician • Lincoln County, North Carolina

Now hiring: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Lincoln County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy building site. The role involves: • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations Ideal candidate: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Six days a week, one day off. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
