Join our team: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Alger County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls 2+ years on the tools preferred.
