Powder coater — Chatham County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Chatham County, North Carolina. You will work in a busy paint shop. Day to day you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Part-time with flexible hours. Share your details and we will call you back.
