Argon arc welder — Texas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Texas County, Missouri. You should have: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Day to day you will weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
