Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Day-to-day duties: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing Overtime paid at a premium rate.
