Vacancy available: we are hiring a stitching operator in Harrison County, West Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Your main tasks: • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance Six days a week, one day off. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
