Day-to-day duties: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift You should have: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
