MIG welder — Bingham County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG welder in Bingham County, Idaho. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. The role involves: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness Requirements: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
