Urgent requirement: we are hiring a glass fitter in Saint John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana. The job is on a construction site. Ideal candidate: • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand The role involves fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; replace cracked or broken window panes; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; install toughened and laminated safety glass; measure window and door openings and order glass to size.
