Powder coater — Smith County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Smith County, Tennessee. Day to day you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
