Immediate opening: we are hiring a single needle operator in Monroe County, Tennessee. You will work at a busy garment factory. Ideal candidate: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Your main tasks: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
