CNC mill setter-operator — Union County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Union County, Pennsylvania. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Your main tasks: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
