Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Lincoln County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Lincoln County, New Mexico. Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Six days a week, one day off.
