Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundskeeper in City of Poquoson, Virginia. On a typical shift you will cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers. You should have: • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Six days a week, one day off.
