Great opportunity: we are hiring a deboner in Scott County, Tennessee. You will work at a halal meat counter. Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
