Back-of-house cleaner • Park County, Wyoming

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Park County, Wyoming. On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
