Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Dodge County, Wisconsin. The job is on a residential housebuilding project. Day to day you will check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet. Ideal candidate: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Good eye for detail and a clean finish Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
