Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
