What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes On a typical shift you will knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
