Safety marshal — Greenwood County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety marshal in Greenwood County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift Ideal candidate: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
