Join our team: TIG welder (North Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a TIG welder in Gates County, North Carolina. You will sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel. You should have: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $150 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
