Immediate opening: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Solano County, California. You will be based at a knitwear stitching unit. Requirements: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Day-to-day duties: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet Part-time with flexible hours.
