Sausage maker • Wheatland County, Montana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sausage maker in Wheatland County, Montana. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On a typical shift you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers 1+ years on the tools preferred.
