Flatlock machine operator • Kabo, Kano State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Kabo, Kano State. You will be based at a busy garment factory. Day-to-day duties: • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet What we are looking for: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
