Urgent requirement: production welder (Kansas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a production welder in Anderson County, Kansas. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. On a typical shift you will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols. Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
