Bread baker wanted in Caledonia County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Caledonia County, Vermont. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
