Urgent requirement: rebar foreman (Ohio)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Montgomery County, Ohio. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. You will check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat. Ideal candidate: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
