Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Cumberland County, Virginia. On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits.
