The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Rotating shifts.
