Vacancy available: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Madison County, Missouri. You will be based at a food processing unit. Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Day-to-day duties: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
