In-process quality controller — Wyandot County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Wyandot County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
