CO2 welder wanted in Roberts County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Roberts County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
