Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Hardin County, Illinois. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
